Applecross website and online branding

Applecross is a leading Scottish house builder and property developer. The current website is the first phase of a long term strategy for online development. It provides visitors with a range of services including past, present and future developments, image galleries, company information, online recruitment and e-brochures.

The main reason people visit the website is to access more detail on developments. The site therefore provides visitors with comprehensive property information. This is presented in a range of ways from web pages and PDF files, through to interactive Adobe Flash movies.

Applecross has historically received a great deal of interest from potential buyers each time they release a new development. To simplify the purchase process for all clients, we developed an Online Reservation System in the form of an online auction.

This functionality provides price certainty and removes the needs for  clients to queue overnight to ensure a reservation for any new developments, which is highly valued by customers who are not local to the Edinburgh area.
