Continuing our work in the Tourism sector, Innovation Digital is delighted to announce the launch of a brand new web presence for Forest Holidays. This exciting project saw the design and development of two websites for Forest Holiday’s core business areas; Cabins and Caravans & Camping.
Working closely with Forest Holidays, a full online service was provided. This consisted of a strategic review, website usability study, website design and development and system training. Online Marketing was also delivered in the form of Search Engine Optimisation, a review of web copywriting and Email Marketing software. The sites were developed using Alterian's Immediacy Content Management System (CMS). This enterprise-level CMS features powerful workflow and permissions, multi-language capability, image editor and much more.
The new sites provide a highly user-friendly and enjoyable visitor experience. With stunning photography, simple navigation and powerful online booking engine, visitors can get a real feel for the accommodation on offer and the many activities to enjoy.
Forest Holidays operates within the Forestry Commission Estate and provides Cabin holidays and Caravan and Camping holidays across the UK.
The new sites have been very well received and visitor numbers and bookings have shown a significant increase. We look forward to continuing to work with Forest Holidays in the future.
