The Brief:
To deliver a website that would promote Bellcom's services, encourage recruitment from all over Europe and increase online sales enquiries. It was important that the new site emphasized Bellcom's strong business values and staff culture and multi-language capabilities, whilst celebrating its people, clients and successes. The new site was to be flexible, allowing opportunities for additional functionality as the site matured.

The Solution:
A new website was built on the Umbraco Content Management (CMS), renowned for its scalability and ease-of-use. Functionality was provided to allow client case studies to showcase work, list awards and achievements and present Bellcom's impressive client list. Key calls-to-action encourage people to apply for vacancies online, whilst staff can find opinions of those who work at Bellcom via an interactive meet the team section and staff blog. Online marketing services were provided, along with training on the CMS, search engine optimisation and web copywriting.

The Results:
Since the site went live, online applications via the site have been hugely successful. Bellcom staff are delighted with the website and the flexibility it provides in terms of updating news and events, awards, client listings and vacancies. Bellcom see the site as a great platform to attract candidates from all over Europe to their expanding contact centre in Glasgow. Since the site went live, further design iterations have been made to reflect new corporate branding.
