We’re looking for someone to:

  • be responsible for managing and growing client engagement activities across multiple key accounts
  • work closely with all internal departments; creative, strategy, planning, marketing, design, development, project management and production to formulate, brief and provide successful and leading-edge creative digital solutions for our clients
  • play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within existing client accounts as well as supporting our new business team
  • act as the main point of contact for clients you will shape account plans and strategic client development
  • develop account revenue and growth by identifying client business goals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar agency role
  • Demonstrable experience in professional client relationship management and the ability to communicate with clients at a senior level
  • A creative mind – feeding in to various types of projects, campaigns, pitches and pro-actives
  • The ability to plan, strategise and identify opportunities within existing client base to deliver client account growth
  • A breadth of knowledge across the digital marketing and creative technology sector, including but not limited to knowledge of; CMS systems, web design and build, e-commerce, mobile web, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and online advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you can clearly articulate ideas and innovative solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness – accurate and timely financial and commercial management
  • Strong attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Who can set, monitor and deliver on forecast targets and performance metrics
  • The confidence to lead client meetings at all levels
  • Effective team management capabilities – pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
  • Experience to support new business acquisition by attending pitches, chemistry sessions and lead client communications throughout the pitch process
  • The skills to on-board new clients

  • Be a strong team player who can effectively influence and motivate project teams in a positive manner and able to build respect and trust from colleagues and clients alike
  • Be able to prioritise your own workload, be level headed, dependable, adaptable, articulate and calm under pressure
