Lingo24 is a translation company that offers a personalised and professional service to their clients in 70 countries across the globe.

They approached us to help them support their global marketing ambitions, with a focus on building a new site that would reflect the ethos and culture of their business and help to drive leads and engagement.

Lingo24 were looking for an easy to use, central system where they could manage multiple sites. Their web presence needed to be user-led and optimised to encourage conversions. Their main .com site had to manage multiple languages, and have essential functionality such as online chat.

Our Approach

After an extensive user research and competitive analysis phase, we developed detailed user personas and user journeys for key audience groups. We then used these to inform the information architecture and content strategy ensuring that the user remained at the fore of the build.
We then developed a new fully responsive solution which put Lingo’s users first and delivered a inspirational and engaging experience across multiple devices. The Umbraco CMS has both multi-site and multi-lingual functionality and is set up to allow regions to manage their own content through a global workflow, making it ideal for companies like Lingo24.
